The Conrad — Dublin
Working to Fable Studio’s vision to create a sophisticated dining experience at the Coburg Brasserie at the Conrad Dublin, Dunmore crafted detailed joinery, intricate finishes and rich materials.
Elegant aesthetic
The Coburg’s elegant aesthetic, incorporating equestrian stylings and crisp upholstery is complemented by handmade hidden reception counters, polished brass cabinetry with reeded glass, and inlaid marble tables. The stylish surroundings are further highlighted by intricate glazed screens with brilliant cut bevelled glass.
A sophisticated dining experience
For the interior we also created custom designed brass gantries to enhance the building’s ornate archways, fitted tin tiled ceilings and sanded and restained the existing Parquet floor. The fitout aspect of the project, including external terrace work, was carried out by Dunmore through a joint venture contract with McStan Construction, working closely with O’Donnell O’Neill Design Associates.
